Miss Gina was cutting another woman's hair which was similar to my hair texture and length, so I asked her if she could do my hair and just like that and she did. My hair is amazing, I about cried when she was finished, and when I got home, my husband who usually doesn't notice hair cuts was completely stunned and said "oh it's so beautiful sweetie" then he ran his fingers thru it, and he hasn't stopped telling me how much he likes it. There wasn't much to cut off only 1/2" but what Gina did in the technique is just beautiful. Today I'm at the nail salon and when I came in they all were shocked at how nice it looks. Tammy, who has cut my hair plenty of times before,, greeted me warmly by my name. Lori trimmed my bangs in about 3 minutes and did a great job, was courteous and personable! It was a nice experience! I am finding that most places today are lacking in quite a few customer service skills. It was nice to go in to Super Cuts and watch them hit one out of the park! Great job ladies!
