Ian the technician that stopped by today on a service call, was courteous, knowledgeable, and very thorough with his diagnosis, even though it was a simple part exchange ,he took the time to make sure the whole unit was working properly, and with three techs at there shop that's hard to do in between calls. a tremendous THANK YOU , TO THIS COMPANY for there prompt service, to get my family back comfortable in this alabama heat, will be using there services in the future.
