When I visit Selma this is the only place I trust to do my feet and hands. Service was excellent as always. However, to the Management of Happy Nails and Spa I was disappointed that you allowed my relaxation time be disrupted by a costumer who thought it was a great idea to have her phone on blast as she listened to TikTok. I don't know about any one else but when I go to any type of spa it is to relax NOT to listen to TikTok for 45 minutes to an hour, especiallyfrom another customers phone. Please advise your customers to wear earbuds or headphones as to NOT disturb the peace and relaxation of other paying customers. It's just a matter of respect for others.
For my birthday, which is this coming week, my sister-in-law decided to take me to get my nails done! Yesterday, we went into this lovely establishment. Normally I go to Prattville to get my nails done, because of the road work going on through Burnsville and Selma, it makes it tough to get to town. Because I was off yesterday and didn’t feel like making a long trip to Prattville, we googled nail salons in Selma, and because I’ve live in Selma my whole life, I’ve overheard Happy Nails was a great place to go! Completely different staff today. Not good. Had a nail tip put on big toe. It is cut crooked and the polish is streaky. Service is way down. Don't think I'll be going back.Service: Pedicure
