We have always had wonderful service from Sam and Becky. Anytime we call and have an issue, they have their tech out to take care of it. We even let them know a tech was not giving their best service, not treating what they should and it was addressed immediately. They're friendly, always return our calls and the service of the property has been fantastic. As a local real estate professional, I ALWAYS have them on my list of recommended vendors because I know I can count on them to always do the right thing and take good care of my clients! Well, it seems the family was having health issues. All good now. Returned my call, apologized, and Sam came out to spray and put me on his monthly route. Sam is a very nice guy, very knowledgable about pests, spider species, moisture percentages, wood rot, moisture barriers, termites, scorpions, and I could go on. He even looked at my crawl space vents. I'm changing my review from one star to six stars. Sam, you're The Man.

From the scheduling process to post treatment we had a great experience. Becky was very helpful, responsive, and personable during the scheduling period. Sam was professional, thorough, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable - he did a fantastic job and was very efficient! He also went above and beyond to answer any questions that I had as well. I will recommend Sam the Bugman to anyone who wants a professional pest control service that provides a quality service. Thank you!
