We have had some bad experience getting our fur baby haircut and someone that listens and cares! Can’t say enough about her visit to Pet Plus! Done exactly as I had hoped for and no stress for her ! No stress for me after I saw her and found out she had a great experience!!! Price very reasonable! No long waits to be finished. And a phone call to let us know and text that she was ready! Great experience!
I came into the store a few weeks ago and the sales person Joy (which I made sure to ask her name) was an absolute blessing to us while trying to purchase items for our new puppy. She took her time helping us with dog food, toys and telling us about grooming services they have at the store. She loved up on our puppy, gave us some tips as she is a dog owner as well. If your looking for some one on one help in your purchasing of pet supplies…go see her!!! Thank you Joy and we’re definitely coming back for all our doggy supplies.
Ashlyn was amazing! Very knowledgeable about products. Because of her and her caring attitude towards customers we bought several additional items, signed up for the customer rewards program and will definitely return to the store for more awesome customer experiences. Way to go Ashlyn!
