V & L Nails is a nail salon that receives strong praise from many customers, who call it the best shop in Mobile and Saraland. Multiple reviews highlight that the staff is amazing, super sweet, friendly, and terrific at what they do, with customers stating their nails are done perfect and fantastic every time, leaving them never disappointed. Many report loving everyone who works there and recommend the salon highly.
However, one customer reported a negative experience, describing it as the worst manicure and pedicure they ever had. They cited issues with water temperature during the pedicure, a lack of help choosing a color, and feeling that the staff was bothered by questions and requests, including a minor correction for a jagged nail. This customer also noted that their polish was not dry hours later. This experience contrasts sharply with the positive reviews, where customers feel well cared for and thrilled with the services for gel manicures and pedicures.
V & L has been my nail shop since I moved to Saraland nearly five years ago. They are always friendly, accommodating, and professional
I almost always have nail art done with my spa, gel pedicure. They always do a great job. They have recently put all new equipment and supplies throughout the salon. Can't recommend them enough.
Let me completely honest here and say I have ugly toes. Years of sacrificing comfort in the name of style has warped my feet and toes into weird shapes. V&L is the only salon that has been able to at least make it possible to wear shoes pain free.
Love love loveeee everyone who works here!! Everyone is super sweet and AMAZING at what they do!! Ashley that works there done absolutely amazing on my nails!! Definitely never going any place else!!
