If you’re looking for a small personally owned family business, you found the right place. Matthew and Colton are the best AC technicians in all of Alabama. The service was quick and professional, and the prices are low and affordable. The follow up with any concerns was met quickly and resolved. Not only was my AC repaired my faith in humanity was as well. They did not just treat me like an average customer they treated me like family. Once I called and the problem was diagnosed, they did not stop working in the extreme heat until my AC was blowing cold air again. Excellent service! Matthew always responds immediately and goes above and beyond to keep our AC and heat running perfectly. He’s friendly and has reasonable prices. I have also had him install temperature sensors and an allergen backlight, which have helped us sleep better. He even found a leak in my water heater before it became a major issue (which wasn’t even his job but I so appreciated it)! He’s basically part of our family now because he services the homes of every member of my extended family now and their rental properties! I highly recommend Spann and Sons.
