Customers also appreciate the honesty of the staff, who do not try to sell them anything they do not need.
This awesome shop helped me when I had a flat on my way home. I had a 12 hour drive ahead of me and Fausak helped me put on the spot. I got my truck to their shop on a spare, and they patched the original tire, put it on and stowed my spare within 45 minutes. They didnt even charge me. I cant thank this shop and the nice woman at theirbfront counter enough for their awesome and quick service. 5 stars....thank you Fausak Tires and Service.
I’ve been using this specific location in Saraland Alabama around 4 years. I have done all of my standard services on 7 vehicles here. There has almost never been any issues. The only time there was, it was resolved promptly same day. I highly recommend this business.
I’ve been here several times, and the service is always great! Mike and Misty are incredibly kind and helpful. Prices are very fair, and it’s clear they genuinely care about helping people instead of just making a quick buck. Highly recommend!
