I had run over something on the interstate and my tire had a hole in it. The salesman was very friendly and understanding. I got a new tire for a good price and Fausaks disposed of the ruined tire. The work was done quickly and efficiently.

I brought in Skarlette my 1992 Chevy, because the brake light came on. They diagnosed it and NOTHING was wrong with her!! They could have said anything and I would have paid. Thank you Josh and crew for being so honest. I'll need brakes eventually and I'll be back!!!

I'd like to thank the staff of Fausak tire and Randy from the car lot for taking care of me. I was coming home from Thanksgiving over 300 miles from home and had a Blow out and knew no one in the area. If it weren't for the kindness of Randy from the car lot taking me and the tire to Fausaks and the employees of your shop I would have been stranded, once they fixed my tire they even took me and the tire back to my car.. I appreciate the time and effort of everyone involved. This is a testimony that there are still good people out there in a world of self absorbed people. Thanks again! Drew Bayer
