I recently had an inground pool installed in my backyard, and I cannot express enough how thrilled we are with the results! This has become the centerpiece of our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the decision to have an inground pool. First and foremost, the pool installation process was seamless. Everything from the initial design to the final touches with utmost care and attention to detail. They were knowledgeable, skilled, and efficient, ensuring that the entire project was completed within the estimated timeframe. Lastly, I must mention the exceptional customer service provided by this company. From the initial consultation to the post-installation follow-up, they have been attentive, responsive, and accommodating. Any questions or concerns were promptly addressed, and they went above and beyond to ensure our complete satisfaction.
On may 27th I paid in cash for a new liner to be installed as well as new jets and plumbing on my pump to be redone. June the 10th liner was installed but wasn’t the liner I ordered. Did not want a border but I got one anyway. The guy was apologetic and admitted to messing up so I let it go didn’t really have a choice at that point. June 27th my plumbing was finally done but still no jets or my old line capped off got home to various pvc pieces scattered in my yard and plastic wrappers from the fittings everywhere not to mention cigarette butts everywhere both times they were here. We are at sept 23rd and still no jets from Russellville pools after multiple texts every few weeks. In the meantime I bought some and installed them but I still would like what I paid for initially on may 27th. They were supposed to drop them off multiple times. Poor business practice I’ve used Russellville pools several times over the years but this is the last one. Beware and be sure the whole job is complete before payment.
