I had to do one of the hardest things today and that was putting my kitten down. When I tell you the people that work there treated him with such compassion and respect it made me feel so much better in the moment. They rushed me to the back and put me in a private room and gave me as much time as I needed with him and checking on me. They were so reassuring and made me feel as though they cared for him as much as I did. They walked me through every step and let me know everything that was happening. I took him to another vet yesterday (the day he got hurt) and they made me feel like he was just another cat and he wasn’t important. I can’t thank the nurses enough...read full review
We had the unfortunate task of putting our kitten down this morning. He was our everything. we raised him from 3 days old and our lives revolved around him and he loved us as much! Anyway, my daughter had to go alone to have this done. I wanted to thank the people who were so amazing during this whole process. She had nothing but great things to say about your kindness, genuine concern and compassion towards my daughter and our baby Squirt. You dont know how much this means to us both!
We have been using this vet clinic for a year now. I would recommend this vet clinic to anyone looking for a vet that cares, shows love and compassion to all animals. And is 100% in making you animals better and not just there for the money. They have Taken care of our Bully ever since 6 months old now we have a 6 month old Yorkie. And this is definitely the place we will go for all of our needs.
