Excellent service on 3 separate occasions. First time was a failed capicitor. Thankfully, the repairman had the part in his van. The second time, Tim came on an emergency call and was able to get our unit running much better in this heat wave. Then we followed up with the chemical clean he recommended which was completed by Avery. Very satisfied with the work and customer service. Our HVAC is much happier now. Background: we bought the house in April and are catching up on a lot of maintenance.

Birdwell heating and cooling installed our units and have the maintenance contract on them. Blake came today to check on a minor problem and to perform the bi annual maintenance. He was on time, informative, thorough and very courteous. I would definitely recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs!
