When a slide system repair for Brannon's customer required picking up parts from a Fedex location in Tupelo, MS, Brannon went above and beyond to ensure the job was done promptly. For electrical issues with a hitch wiring on a Jeep, Brannon was highly recommended and managed to fit the customer in, despite being fully booked. Another customer, despite Brannon's schedule being full a month ahead, was able to secure a spot for a slide repair after a cancellation. Overall, Custom RV is a reliable and dedicated business that puts customers first, delivering high-quality service and repair work.
We had an amazing experience at Custom RV! Brannon, Dawson, and José were super professional, knowledgeable, and hardworking, They replaced a faulty Schwintek slide out system in our fifth wheel with a Vroom that is going to perform for the long haul. This Vroom system already appears to be a million times more robust and powerful than a Schwintek. They have 50amp hookups along the exterior so they invited us to camp the night before so they could get us in first thing. We were very comfortable. They got the job done within the day and we were able to set up and work simultaneously from their comfy lounge area. They really know and love what they’re doing and we highly recommend them!
Brannon and crew are great. Have taken great care of me for the last four or five years, I highly recommend them.
