Came from out of town.1st time having to plan a funeral, did not know a thing. Hope walked me throughout the whole process explaining everything to me. I will forever be soo grateful. Hope if you read this! You are Awesome!
They helped us when my dad passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. They treated us with so much care and respect during the whole process, the arrangements, service,burial, and headstone order. The staff even assisted with some clerical affairs for my mom, and expedited several things for us. The entire staff is great, and especially Miss Hope.
They were very kind and caring when my husband passed away in July. I could not have ask for them to be any better. The only thing is some of pictures were not included and we paid for extra ones. That is insignificant when they made you feel like they truly cared and was so compassionate. I was extremely grateful for how they treated me.
