Another company came out and tried to repair on my 84 year-old mother‘s air conditioner. He said she needed a whole new unit which would cost around $8000. I called Stevens because they did ours. He came out the very same day even though they were incredibly busy and found that the other man from a different company had wired the repair incorrectly. It could’ve caught my mother‘s home on fire in the night while she slept there alone and no, she does not need a new unit. I could not thank them enough.
So happy with their help with my HVAC unit. Another company tried to get me to replace it this summer but never sent the quote they promised. I am thankful because Stevens came when it got loud and I was afraid it wouldn’t survive Cold Snap #2. Their technicians knowledge and honesty made my day and saved my savings account!!
We called Stevens on Sunday knowing we were going to have to replace our unit and expected to have to wait days before we could get any relief. Tuesday morning, first thing, he and his crew were here and had our unit replaced by lunch. Not only that, he did not just install and leave, he pointed out insulation issues, things we could do to reduce our monthly power bill, etc….things that in no way would profit him, but help us. In a time when customer service is rare and finding people to work for you is difficult, these guys went above and beyond. I would highly recommend to everyone!!!
