First visit to the Clinic and the front desk staff were courteous and friendly. Vet tech was professional and knowledgeable in handling my pet. Dr. Nikki Cox, the Vet, diagnosed several issues with our pet and begin to develop a plan for our pets health.
They treated my fur baby with kindness and respect. I really loved the fact that examinations and treatments are done in front of you and not wisked off to an area where you don't know what they are or are not doing. The entire staff I encountered was very knowledgeable and welcoming.The blood work results were explained very thoroughly. I wholeheartedly recommend Rainbow City Pet Clinic.
The entire interaction felt like it was dealt with with concern and urgency when we brought our Selina in to be seen. Thank you for the professional and considerate care you gave to our cat. 10/10
