Dr. H. Patel is a Great Doctor. He takes time and listens to you to make sure he addresses everything. I rarely wait over 15 minutes before I am called back. If I do have to wait longer, I know that Patient with him needed more of the Doctors time to give them the kind of quality care that he gives. I am generally in and out within an hour or less. He now has his son Dr. Jit Patel and Dr. Grant working with him and they are keeping with the way Dr. H. Patel treats his patients. I have trusted them with my Parents, Husband, friends and other family members. I highly recommend them.
Would be 5 stars, but the complaint is about the hired answering service. Doc Patel is awesome. I knew him before being a patient and even more impressed as a patient.
Called and got answering service that said she wasn't employed by the office but insisted I tell her my issue and what meds I was taking. That's between me and doc. She was rude, condescending and after being inturrupted multiple times, I hung up... just like the last time I had to call. Outside of that, I'll see doc until it's no longer an option.
He’s very caring and transparent. He is very passionate about his patients. This is my personal experience. I’ve been going to him for the last 10 years. Im I’m in my 40s now. I love how he has helps me by giving me healthy tools to healthier lifestyle. Thank you Dr. Patel for all you do.
