Mr. Odom was very friendly and knew his profession. Extremely professional. Took care of our washer quickly. Hopefully won’t have a need anytime soon but when that time comes I would not call anyone else.

Mr. Odom promptly returned my call regarding need for service. We were able to schedule a time within just a couple of days. He called me to let me know when he was on the way and arrived right on time. He diagnosed the problem with my dryer quickly, had the parts needed in his truck, and was able to fix it on the spot! He also trimmed my dryer vent hose because he noticed it was too long (I had no idea). Fair pricing, great communication, very friendly and professional. This was probably the best experience I’ve had with any repair service. 10/10 recommend. Thank you, Mr. Odom!
