My daughter has been taking this classes for 10mo and she absolutely loves it. Mr. Omar is amazing with the kids. This has been one of the best things to help with my daughter's ADHD!

Really great with kids, all three of my kids Really have a great time with Mr. Omar. My son has Really developed his confidence and selfcontrole. Mr. Omar loves the kids and instills respect and life lessons in his classes.Kevin

I began adult classes here in 2018 as a way to get more active and really enjoy the confidence I gained. Mr. Rodriguez pushes us to do our best, but in an encouraging way. I enjoyed it so much that my husband began going (now a 1st degree black belt), then our oldest niece started (now a 1st degree black belt), and our younger niece attended as well. As soon as our daughter turns 3 she will attend too. Mr. Rodriguez is extremely knowledgeable and continues furthering his taekwondo skills.
