The whole atmosphere is warm and welcoming. For example shortly after being their patient I needed to go to the hospital for an unrelated health challenge. The staff made me a beautiful get well card that I keep it visible in my dining room for all to see Having moved from MD. to ALI needed 15 new docs.This made our quest encouraging! I heartily recommend this practice .
I was always skeptical of going to a chiropractor until I started going here! The staff are SUPER friendly yet so professional during my visits! Jessica and Chelsea behind the front desk make checking in and out super fast and easy! They handle the insurance process with grace, ease and professionalism! Rachel pinpoints the problem and uses different techniques to fix the problem. My pain is always instantly gone after she gets done with my alignments! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I wish I could give them 100 stars! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CHIROPRACTOR! ☺️
Dr. Pickett is very sweet. She’s easy to talk to but also very knowledgeable and thorough. Her front office staff is also very friendly. They fit me in very quickly even though I was a new patient.
