My grandmother and I came in for pedicures, and her technician immediately recognized that she needed a little extra attention. He treated her with such kindness, patience, and dignity. He applied lotion multiple times to her frail skin, frequently checked to make sure the pressure was comfortable, the towels weren’t too hot and never once made her feel rushed. She loved every second of the experience.

While I was still finishing up my gel polish, my grandmother was ready to move to the dryer. He carefully assisted her, helped her get seated, and continued to check on her throughout the visit. When it was time to leave, he gently helped her put on flip-flops since she had arrived wearing tennis shoes, and even held the door for us on our way out.

This level of customer service goes far beyond what is expected. It wasn’t just a pedicure—it was genuine care and compassion for another person. This is not my first great experience at this salon, but it is one that I felt needed to be shared.

“I had the absolute best experience at Al nails in Prattville Tuesday night! I showed up to see if they were open and realized they only had 30 minutes before they had to close which made me very hesitant to stop in because I hate bugging people right before close my but my boyfriend being the was he is politely asked them if they’d be okay with doing my nails real quick and when I tell you the SWEETEST ladies, Anna & Hanna literally came to my car and told me to come inside.
