Very courteous and pleasant. At my first visit, a nice lady provided a detail description of the services. It was a pleasure to walk in and get that kind of service from start to finish.

They do a great job with dry cleaning. However- I have never had a dry cleaner lose an item I take for cleaning. The last 2 times I’ve taken items to this cleaner, an item is missing at pick up. And both times it’s been my discovery that the item is missing- not theirs. I understand that accidents happen but twice in a row? They located the first item that was lost a week later. They told me to check back with them in a week to see if they can locate this latest missing item. My suggestion: for them to be more cautious in counting number of items dropped off and picked up. Just wanted to send a huge shout out to the team at Jim Massey's. They contacted me awhile back letting me know I still had clothes to pick up even after I moved back home after retiring from the military. I told them I would pay for any shipping charges they would incur if they would be willing to send it to me. Without hesitation, they shipped it to me for free.
