Danielle is one of the best preparers that Jackson Hewitt has, she has over 19 years of experience with taxes. She is very knowledgeable and caring with all of her clients. I would recommend her or any of the staff at this location for any of your tax needs.

Danielle in Prattville has done my taxes each year for the past 3 years and she's Absolutely Amazing!! I'm just Crazy about her being so personable, professional and most importantly, competent!The ONLY reason that I give 4 Stars instead of 5 is the exorbitant costs for having just regular uncomplicated taxes done at Jackson Hewitt. You have not even offered a Discount Period like you have in past years! You are TRULY pricing yourselves right out of business when you price compare with your competitors!I did go ahead and pay the high rate to have my taxes done this year but ONLY because of Danielle!!
