I ordered online as I am out of state , we had a family death and with regret we could not travel to the area for the funeral, we decided to hop online and send flowers , I used the website to order ,very easy and simple process , the owner called me right away to ask me if it was ok to substitute some of the flowers , I said absolutely and change the vase too if you need to.
