Came in with a prescription from another doctor. I dealt with a young lady optician. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything to help me make the best decisions for my glasses. She was the best optician I have ever experienced. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wears glasses. I think her name was Cassie.
today was my very first appointment and when i say 10/10 I RECOMMEND this team! EVERYTHING is so clean, and kept in its place. EVERYONE I encountered from Kasie,Cassie,Adrienne, 4 check in /out receptionists & Dr Crockett himself ALL ROCKED ! most personable, patient, and informative office I've come across. Brittany with scheduling and appointments has been such a great help! With trying to get in and schedule appointments for 3 kids, she has called me and followed up with any cancellations that happen to see if we can get in asap! I love the great customer service she has given!
