1. Plenty of equipment. Generally nice/clean place. 24/7 facilities are convenient. Employees and members are polite. There is a good mix of different kinds of people so it doesn’t feel weird.
2. Being able to sign up online and not have to deal with a real person to get in is convenient, but then they caught me one day and had to take my picture which is unpleasant. It is pretty standard as far as gym procedures go (maybe for security and to prevent people from allowing their friends in without paying or something like that). They have a right to do it and I respect their right as a business, but I just don’t like it as a customer.

Absolutely phenomenal staff!
I was in town for a work function. I usually frequent the Gulfport, MS location. Due to a different billing system, they weren't able to find me in their system, but they worked with me and allowed entry after completing some e-forms. Everyone was very accommodating and kind! Thank you!
Best gym in prattville, equipment is taken care of organized and clean, staff is great, they have pretty much everything you need to get a great workout in. I've been a member since day 1 and I'll never change gyms again.
