This is the best company. We moved into an older house built in the 70s and there was a serious spider/roach problem. There was not a day that would go by without seeing spiders and roaches. Since using them, No issues! Love this company. Highly recommend. They are always on time. Everyone we have dealt with is real polite and easy to work with. This place is FANTASTIC! We are new to the region so we had no idea what to expect with bugs, so we signed up for quarterly service. Appreciate the fact that they’ll come out before your next service if needed. I love the fact that not only do the come and spray, they do so much more!! They explain everything to us! What kind of bug they are, how long they will last, what they are attracted to, what we can do besides their service. We are military and have lived in many cities and have never encountered this type of service! So helpful! We were given a tip to install weather stripping in our rental, and we could not believe how it helped. Love how helpful and kind everyone...read full review

I have used Arrow pest control for over 3 years now and they have never made me want to look for anyone else. There have been times where I have called in to ask questions and the staff has taken their time to answer any question I've had no matter how stupid. The service representatives that they send to the house are always kind and respectful, as well as informing me of things I did not no( like after having a baby you don't want to spray inside the house for a little while) and of course no bugs in the house so their products definitely work. This being a local business I definitely prefer to deal with theminstead of the major chain who just treat you like a number.
