Had a very pleasant experience with the Prattville America’s Best Contacts and Eyeglasses located next to Prattville Walmart. When I walked in, I was pleasantly greeted, asked what I was looking for and was directed to the women’s section. No sales person was looking over my shoulder or pressuring me to purchase higher end glasses. I was left alone to browse and find the glasses I wanted. When I was checking out, my salesman did not try to push any “extras” on me. What was better, I could not decide between 2 regular glasses. I came in to get my frames adjusted after a car accident and they helped me right away. I also had on a backup pair of glasses I purchased years ago and they help me tighten the loose screws without me asking. Awesome costumer service!
I personally have come to this location for the last 3 years. I have always been given excellent care. That being said the new eye professionals in there the (doc and the tech) are phenomenal. I have never had a more positive or enjoyable experience having my vision needs taken care of. The attentiveness and respect in my transition to contacts versus my glasses has been truly amazing because of the staff at this location. I’m not a big google reviewer but this was an experience worth sharing.
