Called Chance on Sunday. He said it would be the following day. He arrived the next day and accessed the problem. He had it fixed in a little while. I definitely recommend Ward Electric for your electrical problems.
I called up Ward Electric regarding an issue at our small church.Although I am not an electrician, I do know enough to avoid getting electrocuted :-)My initial purpose for calling was to pay for consultation, and if that did not guide me in a direction that would resolve my issue, I would have had him come out to repair it for me. I was intentionally transparent and upfront about this.The fact that he willingly heard my issue and made an attempt to guide me in the right direction spoke volumes about him and the integrity of his company.Many in this field wouldn’t have taken the time to consult a customer who wanted to attempt the repair themselves. I had the pleasure of doing business with the Ward Electric team. They did a great job installing my EV charger. Not only were they efficient and clean, but they were also professional and friendly. They took the time to show me how it was going to be done and then showed me how to shut it off in case of an emergency. When I need any more electrical work done I am calling Ward Electric. Chance Ward and his team are great to work with.
