Our business and family have used Bama for years and have recommended them to people. I called for 3 months about getting a unit installed on a trailer. I never once rushed or was rude. Stopped getting calls back from him. Finally called me back one morning at 5:45-6 am! Missed him and he left a smart and rude voicemail about how I never answer. I called back a few minutes later to tell him I’d get someone else. While other people at work still use and recommend him, I will never use him or refer people to him again. Maybe it just depends on his mood that day. So, roll the dice and give him a call.

Replaced my Split system Air conditioning unit. save me a large amount of money also my power bill lowered about $150 a month because it had higher rate of efficiency. Best company to do business with, quick on installation and helpful tips on using the unit.
