I hardly ever use a dry cleaner anymore. Now that I'm retired no more business suits for me, just wash and wear. Sorry Master Kleen. But if you buy clothing online or from a department store you need their alteration services. I measured the inseam on a pair of pants I own that fit correctly. Dropped off 3 pairs of pants I bought online together with the measurements and in four days they were ready to pick up. The work was done well and the charge reasonable.

Masterkleen in Phenix City is the premier dry cleaners in the area, bar none. The customer service is EXCEPTIONAL and the cleaning service itself is FAST and HIGH QUALITY!!!! I have lived in this area since 2017 and have had to change cleaners several times due to poor quality. Butch and his team are absolutely fabulous! I forgot to pick up my daughter’s Band Jacket during business hours on game day!!!! I didn’t know what to do. But then, I found a link to their Facebook page and I wrote to them immediately and in less than a minute, someone from the business contacted me. They were wonderful in my time of need.
