“My 11 year old daughter got a horrible haircut at a different salon & in a panic I googled hair salons near me & found Uli’s. I called, explained the situation, the devastation & how my daughter is starting a new school in less than 2 weeks. I asked for the first available appt, hoping it would be within a few days and to my surprise Miss Uli went out of her way to see us that afternoon, literally taking a shorter lunch break just to find a space to fit us in. I can’t explain how relieved I was from the moment I spoke to her. She was remarkably helpful & compassionate about how upsetting a bad haircut can be.

Once we got to the salon we were welcomed & taken care of in a way that immediately put me at ease & I knew we were in good hands. Miss Uli got right to work, fixing the hack job of a haircut my little girl had gotten earlier that day. She was so precise & technical, showing me exactly where the other stylist went wrong & explained the complexities of dealing with thick hair — all in an effort to make sure I knew what to say so that we could avoid this situation in the future. Miss Margit offered to do my eyebrows while I waited & she did a great job shaping them!
