From reading the reviews .. it looks to me that if you go to the ER, it is an absolute nightmare, but if you come here to see and scheduled doctor it an amazing time…. ER is very slow at getting patients processed and into seeing anyone….
Please do better….
I cannot say enough how wonderful Dr. Shah, Dr. Osborn and all the nurses and entire staff was to me this morning. I was in terrible pain and started crying from it and exhaustion and Dr. Shah literally wiped my tear and told me everything would be okay. She ordered tests and then the shift changed and Dr. Osborn took over. Wonderful care and I was in and out in no time (I arrived at 4:30 am!) I am so thankful they are right down the road if I ever need them.
My sister Carol Smith was taken to the emergency room by ambulance. All the nurses and staff were tremendous, caring, professional and friendly. Dr Bishop diagnosed a problem that wasn't on the radar or even expected. She was very caring and thoroughly explained the options to me. I applaud the wonderful care Dr. Bishop and the staff in the ER provided.
