Dr John shows compassion with his patients and their owners i have a mare with a hoof problem and he understands she means the world to me he makes sure shes getting the best care i feel like they really care about her as well..
The vet saw my mare quickly,diagnosed her laminitis and treated her .She was there for 9 days and everything was explained to me.I cannot express adequately how thankful I am for how well they took care of her.Wonderful people .She is home and doing well.Thanks !
As in the past., The medical staff and office staff are caring. Professional and totally personal. They all know what it takes to help both the four legged and two legged patient.They put themselves into both the patients and patient's caretakers shoes during regency and routine care. This I experienced again when I had to have a. ,2 1/2 month old filly foal put down due to a "could not be corrected" broken leg.
