Chris and Sam were totally awesome. Quick trip in and right back out. They definitely know their stuff. If you want your computer fixed right you definitely have the the right place.I highly recommend you use them. Will bring my other computer to them with NO hesitation!!!!

I had an awesome experience with Sam. She spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me going over different computer options I was looking at on Facebook Marketplace. I had a ton of questions, and she answered every single one without ever sounding rushed or frustrated.

The customer service was absolutely phenomenal and honestly, you just don’t get that kind of service anymore in today’s world. Her attitude was positive the entire time, patient, and genuinely helpful. She even brought up things and asked questions that I hadn’t thought about, which helped me make a much more confident decision.

Very professional and friendly! Repairs are made in a very reasonable timeframe, usually within a day or two unless a part needs to be ordered. Even if a part needs ordering, the repair is usually within a week or so. Highly recommended using this company for any computer repairs you may have. I’m not sure what other items they may repair. I meant to ask them if they repair cellphones!
