Very professional and friendly! Repairs are made in a very reasonable timeframe, usually within a day or two unless a part needs to be ordered. Even if a part needs ordering, the repair is usually within a week or so. Highly recommended using this company for any computer repairs you may have. I’m not sure what other items they may repair. I meant to ask them if they repair cellphones!

I recently purchased a laptop for my dad living in the VA Community care. Chris delivered the laptop, set it up for my dad and walked him through all the questions he had. I have never come across a business that takes such great care of clients they have never seen, as I am from out of state. Everyone in Pell City should use this company as there go to computer service provider.

Thank you to everyone that made my dad's day with his great laptop. At 94 he is still surfing the web.........

From the minute I walked in I was told I was going to get waited on and I got my laptop and was greeted very nicely and I told her what was going on with my laptop and I left it there with them very much enjoyed my time in there store
