Reviews
My son saw Dr. Tauscher for possible papilledema. The receptionist, Camilla, was wonderful at check in. Prompt and friendly. There was a bit of a wait but we were adequately prepared for that. The staff/ nurses were very kind and efficient. Micheala really stood out for her friendliness and the way she explained everything so well to my son. Afterwards Camilla checked us out and she was friendly and nice. All in all, a very positive experience.
Dr is great. Staff are friendly when you go in. If you need them after you leave forget it. Person that answers the phone does not comprehend and is not helpful. Dr did a procedure I had problems with and was told she would could not see me and told to go to ER downtown. Spent 5 hr there with no real help either. Called dr office next day same person answered same issue, still haven’t seen the doctor. Nice dr, nice office, staff is going to put them out of business.
