Dr is great. Staff are friendly when you go in. If you need them after you leave forget it. Person that answers the phone does not comprehend and is not helpful. Dr did a procedure I had problems with and was told she would could not see me and told to go to ER downtown. Spent 5 hr there with no real help either. Called dr office next day same person answered same issue, still haven’t seen the doctor. Nice dr, nice office, staff is going to put them out of business.
