Was quoted one price over the phone and another one when the tech can out even though I ask?
If their was any extra charge for anything the answer was still no. Need to make sure question are answered correctly .It makes a big difference in the customer experience .

The service was good , what I didn’t like was the extra feeds that you have to pay at the end the price look really cheap at the website and then when they came and price it , it was a lot more

I really enjoyed Tim and the other guy who was with him. Tom is very, very friendly and he knows no strangers. He did an awesome job on our carpet and he went above and beyond. Great customer service.Service: General carpet cleaning
