Pelham Cleaners, under new ownership, offers friendly and professional service with great attention to detail. Customers appreciate their quick turnaround and fair pricing. The staff is known for being nice, accommodating, and taking good care of delicate fabrics. Clothes are always returned spotless, neatly pressed, and ready to wear. The business provides excellent dry cleaning and alteration services, making it a highly recommended spot for those in need of quality cleaning with a personal touch.
I took my dress in on Wednesday I thought just needed pressed but when I was putting it in my car I noticed dirt on the hem so it now needed cleaning as well. I needed the dress done by Thursday as it was for my vow renewal on Friday. They went above and beyond to clean and press my dress and it was done that day!! Cannot say enough about the exceptional service and care for their customers. I will be taking all of my dry cleaning to them in the future.
I have used this particular dry cleaners since 2016. They have changed management but the service is still excellent. I have never used them for alterations because I can, mostly, do my own. However, I ran into a problem when the timing on my sewing machine was thrown out of whack. Just on a whim, I decided to give them a try and I could not have been more pleased. The tailor/seamstress did a beautiful job. Before she started the work, she called me to get clarification and she finished the job quickly. Admittedly, she did a better job than I would have done. From now on, I will use their alteration services anytime I'm not up to doing the work myself.
I’ve recently moved to this area and have truly found a gem with this place. The friendliest snd nicest staff, great service and attention to detail, and extremely fair pricing.
I have not a singular complaint about Pelham Cleaners and based off of my experience would recommend anyone that needs any sort of dry cleaning service or alterations done, to go there!
