Would NOT recommend. Awful customer service experience. Tried to get a move out cleaning, and they changed the time after I'd scheduled it. I then tried to cancel because I was worried they would have additional last-minute scheduling issues. The manager Ben begged me not to cancel and rescheduled me closer to my original time, and I agreed to give them a chance. The morning of the cleaning (the day before my lease ends), Ben sends a text to cancel on me with only a few hours notice. He didn't offer an opportunity to reschedule, despite previously begging for my business and knowing I had only one day left to find an alternative. I admittedly ended the interaction with profanity (not cool of me), but the entire experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
