I ended up canceling my appointment after sitting in the lobby for over an hour and a half. During that time, I watched multiple patients who checked in after me get called back first. Eventually they called my name, but still hadn’t called my daughter, even though her appointment time was earlier than mine.

If you’re looking for a place where you can get in and out efficiently, this is not where you want to be.

My 10 year old daughter has been a patient of Dr. Rena Lewis at Dr. Mansfield's for almost six years now and we love them! Dr. Mansfield and all the staff are so welcoming and helpful. Dr. Lewis is a pro at working with children, she has actually helped my daughter's vision improve. She has a very strong prescription, but now has 20/20 vision with glasses on. We are so happy with Dr. Mansfield & her team. Definitely recommend them! And on a side note, I also feel very comfortable visiting their offices because of all the precautions they are taking to prevent any COVID-19 infections.

Working with Dr. Kye Mansfield and her staff is always a delight! She and her staff are quick to put you at ease, and eye exams are very thorough and comprehensive. I felt both a part of the family and that my individual vision needs were the main focus with Dr. Kye and her team. And when it comes to frames, Connie will go the extra steps to ensure your complete satisfaction! Please give these folks a try before the stuffy big box stores, you won't regret it!
