I took my sister here for her 40th birthday to get our second earring hole. I cannot say enough about Teri and her staff. Excellent, personable service! I definitely want to go back for makeup suggestions! Cannot recommend this location enough!

I want to thank my new friend Teri at Merle Norman in Pelham for her help with re-piercing my ears. I had let them grow up due to problems with metal allergies. I actually thought I needed to have someone pierce them all over again but Teri in her many years of experience believed the holes were still there. It took her a few minutes but she was able to wiggle through to re-open the original holes. She was very worried about my discomfort but I assured her the pain wasn’t that bad! Can't say enough about Teri and her service. Went in today for what we thought would be re-piercing my daughter's ears but she didn't need them redone at all. Ended up staying a while she talked about skincare with daughter and perfectly matched a tinted moisturizer for her! Great experience!
