I live in NY and recently ordered an LP online from the Alabama store and inadvertently made the mistake of showing I was picking up the item instead of being shipped. After wondering why my shipment was taking so long, before I had the chance to call them, called me. Even though it was my mistake, Nathan's customer service was above and beyond anything I expected. He said he would pay for the shipment. Spectacular service from Nathan and the great team at Guitar Gallery. And by the way, my sealed LP arrived in pristine condition. Thank you Matt. I will definitely do business with Guitar Gallery again.

My favorite place to shop for vinyl records in Alabama. Fair pricing, knowledgeable and friendly staff who treat the customer like family. Wide selection of new and used vinyl in great condition. Accurately graded used vinyl. They appear to have a wide selection of guitars as well, although I don't know much about guitars. I highly recommend shopping here.
