I had my floor installed in another state. I had an issue with something that installation team did. I notified Empire and somehow it came to the Birmingham location. KIM in customer service was absolutely amazing. She worked to get the issue resolved and kept be abreast of the progress. Hats off to KIM for amazing customer service. Also.....I am very satisfied with the flooring I got from Empire. It looks amazing. Thank you....and thank you KIM!!

I had them come out and offer me a bid on a flooring repair. After what seemed a really high bid, which didn't include the cost of floorboards, labor or the repairs, they told me they couldn't do the job. Seems they aren't up to much more than laying flooring on ideal subflooring.

We had a great existence with the salesperson, the installers were greater, but the problem we had is that the floors and the corner rounds were different color and they have not replaced them and keep making excuses why it can’t be corrected. Our floors are grey and corner rounds are oak. When we mentioned to them, they told us we have to get them painted. This was not discussed before the installation and for the Sunny if money we paid for them, this is unfair.Service: Floor repairs & maintenance
