Have gone a few times with my husband. He never has a problem, but, first time I went, the nail tech hurt me.
2nd visit, I called and made an appointment, and ended up waiting at least 30 minutes. I specifically requested not to get the guy...guess what...the guy started to come to do my feet. I went back to the reception/cashier area & requested a different tech....and of course I had to wait even longer. Won't go back.
Na did my nails and did an amazing job. I brought in 3 pictures and she was able to give me the perfect combination of the 3. I’ve also been cut with the drill at different places so I told Na about it and she was so careful. It was a great experience and was quick too! Thank you Na!
They always do an amazing job on my nails. No appointment necessary for service. Tracie is super sweet, as is most of her staff. I did get one very rude girl once, but she did fair on my nails.
