From the first phone call to the final finished cleaning, Premier Carpet Care was on top of the situation. Phone calls were answered quickly and call back times were short. They scheduled an appointment for two days after the first call. Nathan, the carpet cleaning technician, called and let me know when he would arrive. He was on time and ready to go. He explained the process and got right to work. He called when he was finished and, when we went back, the results were AMAZING. Carpets were clean and smelled wonderful. 5 stars! Knocked it out of the park! I was ready to pull the carpet all out and replace it. Within three hours and a very, very reasonable price, the professionals at Premier Carpet Care made our rooms look like they had new carpet laid down. Well done, highly recommend their services.
