I wouldn't take my babies anywhere else! Excellent caring staff and prices are extremely reasonable! My babies seem to trust them and that's good enough for me. I highly recommend

I have been coming since about 20 yrs w older dog died then took break and started again. They r mostly caring but some changes lately r appalling.Idk what they did to phone but u can’t get anyone the way they r set up now. Called bout 20x.What’s up with not answering your phones w people. U tap what it says and u are forwarded but no one answers. I intend to talk to vet about this, they are enough people there to answer phones. And prices have gone way up like everything else.how can u have an office visit charge and an exam charge- same thing.I ask for one of 2 r 3 vets I like and trust. I have been using this vet facility for over 20 years (started when they were still in the tiny, older building). First let me state that I have learned to ask which vets are on duty when I visit. If the only vet on duty is Dr. Price I simply return home, or wait if another vet is due to be on duty. When a vet does not wish to come to the office for an emergency call [when he IS the vet on call] I have no need to deal with him ever again. Every visit my pets have had with the other vets (regular and emergency) has been smooth. Some of the past counter workers were not the most friendly, but I have noticed they do not stay around very long, so I guess if you complain about...read full review
