Top Tier is Top Shelf. First of all, when I called, an actual person answered the phone and took my information. Next, the owner personally called me back, (unheard of) then he scheduled my repair immediately (also unheard of). Finally, his crew came to my house, completed the repair in a professional manner and left without leaving a gigantic mess. Although my need was just a small repair, I was treated as an important person. My only regret is that I didn’t use this company for the initial installation of my roof.
Top Tier Roofing is an impressive company from the owner Bailey Masters to the Project manager Jorge Galvis. They were both so kind, and professional. I am very pleased with my roof, and was amazed at how quickly it was installed. Everything was cleaned to perfection when the crew was finished. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof installed.
