I was very nervous about my 1st Brazilian wax. She talked to me the entire time during the process to help take my mind off of what was occurring. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I also booked my next appointment for 3 weeks.
The manager was very warm and nice, and Jessica was very patient and gave me very important information. I need to know. If I had a question, she didn't mind answering and made me very comfortable. The manager was also welcoming.
Your employee (Gwendolyn) is super personable and really pays attention to the details and makes sure you are happy with the results. She is also great at making sure she isn't hurting you too badly while being waxed.
