Well to start with they filed my taxes with a check stub in which they were not supposed to do I later found out and they charge 600 something dollars to do your taxes it's like highway robbery that's that took almost like my whole refund and they still never even followed up with me on finalizing my taxes I've still yet to receive a refund

I didn’t even go there to have taxes done. I pulled into a spot in front of the business to go into another business for a few moments. There were no signs stating that those spots were designated specifically for that business. As I get out of my car I hear someone yelling at me to move my car because they are for her clients only. I tried to tell her that there were no signs stating that they are designated to that business and that this was a public lot. I also tried to tell her that I would only be going into the other business for a few moments. She began to get irate with me and told me to stay where I was. Absolutely the worst experience i have EVER had. I drove 45 min because my appointment was confirmed, and as soon as I was about to pull up she cancels my appointment, and was very rude when I called about it!
