There is so much wrong with the house and Nick the warranty supervisor is the least helpful person on the planet. Says he will get things fixed, never does it and then denies your claims.

When Davidson began building new homes on the lots around my home, I began having new drainage issues on my property. Due to a lack of proper drainage throughout the Davidson portion of the community, there has been standing water in my backyard, the swale drainage system behind my fence, and the side of my property. Davidson representatives have been telling me that they would fix it. However, several months later, the drainage problem remains. Rather than fix the problem properly, the company simply filled the swale with sand, which caused more water to back up in my yard.

BUYER BEWARE: DAVIDSON/EVERMORE. This is the worst new construction home we have ever purchased and we don't say that lightly. Multiple structural defects, multiple code violations. Submit a valid warranty claim, Davidson finds every which way to deny your claim. This is the most unethical builder. Roof leaking is common in this neighborhood because they fail to use flashing correctly. They do not grade the lots accurately so you will have water retention/draining issues. Multiple homes have had issues of mold because they do not properly waterproof during construction. Undulating walls, walls partially built off the foundation footings.
